At Dot & Mary Creative Co., every item is handmade with care. Because of the custom and made‑to‑order nature of many of our products, we want to be transparent about what can and cannot be returned. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double‑check all personalization details, names, colors, and sizes before submitting your order.


✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
