📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


📬 Processing Time

Because many of our items are handmade or made-to-order, processing times may vary.

Typical processing times:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days

  • Custom or personalized items: 7–14 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and size).

Estimated delivery times:

  • First Class Mail: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dot & Mary Creative Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to sender

  • Reshipment fees (customers are responsible for additional shipping costs)


📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS, we are unable to replace or refund it.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Weather-related delays

If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.


💛 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will be happy to help with a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
